Because every piece is handcrafted and hand-finished to order, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be made before it ships. During high-demand periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take slightly longer, we'll note any delays on the site if they come up.

 

Shipping Time & Rates

 

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days within the U.S., depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Exact shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

 

We currently ship to the United States and a number of international destinations. If you don't see your country at checkout, email us and we'll see what we can do.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

Lost or Damaged in Transit

 

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at bmcclain99@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
